Locations:  Downtown Los Angeles, Ontario, Long Beach, South Bay, San Fernando Valley

The successful candidate for this position will have a minimum of three years in commercial banking as a middle market/small business relationship manager or a business development officer.  He or she will have demonstrated experience and skills in sales and marketing in addition to underwriting credit.  Candidates with a portfolio of middle market customers a plus.  Initially, candidate will be responsible for handling a small portfolio of business clients, thereafter adding clients to his portfolio over time.  The officer will have annual business development goals for deposits, loans, fee income, and cross sold products.

The candidate will be handling and calling on privately held companies located in southern California.  Typical clients range from $3MM to $100MM in sales.  The Bank’s clients are manufacturers, wholesalers or service companies.  The candidate can call on prospects throughout southern California with no geographic limitations.

The Bank specializes in handling well managed privately held middle market companies.   Their products are broad in range and include commercial lines of credit, equipment financing, acquisition financing, commercial real estate loans, construction financing, international services, remote deposit capture, on-line banking and investment sweep accounts.  The Bank also offers a broad array of personal banking services to our clients.  These products included 1st TD home loans, home equity lines, personal lines of credit, on-line banking and a complete suite of depository accounts.

Compensation:

  • Salary:  $100K-$150K
  • Ø Bonuses up to 100% of salary
